Cambourne7 listed a bargain on hotdealsuk recently.  I had never heard of this site, but happened to check it today and there are two seed offers:

Ten packets for 5 pounds and 1.95 postage and 20 mixed seed tapes for just under a fiver.  Both quite nice offers:
