Allotments 4 All

Now I'm retired and have time to do things properly after the initial retirement rush has past I'd like to be a bit more organised in the plot. Has anyone got a foolproof method of recording things that they plant/sow, dates etc. This would be an ongoing record so I could look back over the previous years I know I could do a hand written diary but my writing is not good due to arthritis and I'm better at a keyboard, although slowly. Many thanks in advance.

In fact my job for this winter is to summarise the data in my diary again,something I haven't' done for around ten years now.

It will be interesting to find out if the effect of the so called warming phenomena has altered any of my previous findings.

Last week I summarised the 13000+ entries on my spread sheet in to 450+ files which I will study during the winter months

This will determine the average sowing date,germination time, pricking out time, planting out and harvest dates by genus since I started the diary.
