Came across this guy on youtube and these are great.  I have ordered some of the drinking nipples from Ebay.

Some great ideas here.  I particularly like the feeder.  My chickens have an old metal poultry feeder and after I have finished filling it, they manage to spread the corn all over the floor of their shed.
