Allotments 4 All

Got some new manure, put the broad beans straight onto it.  Gutted.      They are showing signs of problems.

Do be sure to test out manure before you bury it.   I shall leave mine on the surface and then grow sweetcorn next year.   

I am convinced now that there is some kind of reaction to the lime in the water because watering them makes the problems much worse.
