Hi

I have more chillis then i know what to do with at the moment any tips on drying or things i can do with them?

Leave them on the plants for as long as possible to ripen fully then hang them.up to dry  using thread or fishing wire
We also freeze them whole.

The fully dried ones(after a few months) then get put in a blender and whizzed up(be sure to cover as very strong smell), the flakes then last donkeys years
