Allotments 4 All

I have a smallish lime tree about 3 years old, during the winter months I keep it in the conservatory and during the summer months I put it on the patio. Now it's in full flower but just as the little limes develop they seem to fall off. I feed it regularly with winter and summer citrus feed. Any ideas as to why the fruits fall off

We keep our lemon tree in the conservatory all year round (instead of moving outside at any point) and get regular lemons forming every year so far, although in the early stages of development some do fall off.
