Allotments 4 All

hi there up in sunny edinburgh today my next door neighbour on the allotment asked if I new what this marking is on the rasp. leaves. On the leaves a red or brownie series of spots are seen on most of her canes prob is my rasp row runs adjacent to her's. Is this a big problem for her and more important to my row which are only 3 year old. jock edin
