 just had a very nice conversation with a customer service young lady
@T &M, after complaining about a product i purchased.
i have been given a much better replacement + a voucher to spend any time, i offered to send the product back she said no need so i shall throw them away . She was a very pleasant young lady, so was i,  exclude the young bit for me LOL. Nice experiance for customer service.
I read so many peeps have trouble with gardening sites so well done T&M.

I've found them a bit hit and miss depending on who you talk to, so I'm glad you got a good one.

Young at heart Mary, young at heart. Out of the five replacements I have received Mary, four had buds on them after a week of resting in an old mushroom tray full of compost and now have leafage on them but the OH has put them straight in the ground even though you advised they were for hanging baskets. I have ordered some 14" baskets from Garden bargains.com and are quite cheap for four of them, next door showed me his and I decided to order some. I still have the voucher but will keep an eye on my bulbs as yours have turned out to be naff. Nice that you received good C/S as you know they never replied to my Emails.   

I rang them last year to say that the seed potatoes were small and there weren't as many as there should have been in two of the packs.  They repeated the whole order without fuss and even sent more packs of those I hadn't complained about. 

A few years back I told them about some expensive petunia seeds that I had bought from them that hadn't germinated.  They sent me another pack.  I have no qualms about ordering from a company such as T&M when they have such good customer service.
