Allotments 4 All

I am currently involved in planning a new allotment site (2acres) . Included in the plan is a communal shed type building and the surveyor has asked our association for design details. We have to keep it under 30m squared to avoid building regulations. Has anyone out there got any thoughts or advice on communal allotment buildings that could assist us in our design.
