First they bring in the 'granny tax' now they are going to tax the tramps, footpads and low lifes with an extra tax on cider. I wonder if the new rates will apply  in the house of commons smoking lounge, they seem to have more than their fair share of holigans

Ive not heard anything about the budget at all.
So they did the cider tax then? threatened it last time didnt they.
