Only just got back to this and lots of fantastic ideas. Thank you all very much - will give them a go!

like my kale with chunky pasta...tiny bit of pesto..and loaded with finelly chopped and slightly cooked kale that has thingy of butter and salt & black pepper mixed in after cooking. All that piled up on plate on layers with fried runny egg on top...rich, deep orange yolk making sticky 'sauce' and coating all the food..MMMMMMM...YUMMY! And the egg is from our girls of course!.. Wink Grin
AND..if I'm really hungry..I might chop some bacon on there too while doing my egg.


I tried this last night and really liked it!! On to Kale chips and kale and pancetta, kale and onion....

just stick it on a roast dinner with lashings of thick beefy gravy and a splash of balsamic vinegar.

Kale and egg on toast..same as the pasta dish but without the pasta. VERY quick and easy.
I use lot of kale when doing stir fry's.
Finelly shredded kale and loads of fresh coriander leaves with spicy noodles and sometimes maybe few prawn int there too....just cheap block packet noodles and using plenty of stock/spiced up water and soy sauce...I looove that..easy to slurp  ;D
