Allotments 4 All

I'm trying to start my membership to the Institute of ecology and environmental management after working as an ecologist for more than 10 years its a requirment for a new peice of work . It needs the sponsorship of exisiting members to join, I have one person but am struggling to find another member.
Is there anyone who might - after a read of my CV and a chat -consider being my seconder who is a member?

Its hard to be so cheeky but not sure what else to do.
