As the squash harvest was non existant this year I bought some festival & a crown prince today. How do I check they are ripe please?

Crown Prince will turn orange eventually... but they are ripe enough now...  :)

Hi Gavin. How big is the new plot in total, in measurements I can understand please ;D. Our is weany, 18' X 50' but are glad to have it.

Mine is now a standard full plot but has a bit cut out to make way for a chippings and manure dumping zome.. size is 80' x 33'
