MIne have got ti too. leaving toms on plants and checking regularly. any not ready by sunday night are going in the porch to ripen (its a suntrap) as im on hollibobs for a few days. Darent leave em on the plants i'd definitely lose em. Other toms not succumbed yet but I know they will

It is worth a try but the green fruits soon get it even if they are not on the plant.  If they have turned I think they seem to keep it off a little longer.

ahh didnt know green fruits would get it eventually anyway. Booger!!! hmmmmm green tomato chutney may be on the cards then.

Sorry no experience of making chutney with blighted tomatoes.  But blight is a fungus, would suggest washing them very very thoroughly in salty water.  Perhaps others can tell you if making chutney is worth the effort.

Fungus are notoriously difficult to kill.  For example washing socks and towels does not get rid of foot problems and you have to boil them for ages to do so.

hmm see im going to have to research this blight and see if the toms are doomed or useable. First time ive had it so a new learning curve. I hae to say though one i'd rather not have
