Allotments 4 All

As I usually let some parsnips go to seed, I often get a few volunteer seedlings coming up in autumn, but they are generally in the wrong place to let be, so get hoed out.
Has anyone grown them deliberately from late summer sowing, as nature intended?
If so, is there increased bolting?
Earlier maturing than spring sown?

I have a forest of them this year, so just wondered about leaving a few.

a couple of days ago i sowed some parsnips that i had  still in the packet because they   wouldn't  stay viable  for next year so  i took a chance in sowing them believing they would be better of in the ground even if they don't grow in to any thing ,.( more for the compost heap )
