Allotments 4 All

I have just noticed that I have created a Gallery for myself (Must have clicked somewhere when setting up my account). Anyway it is called My Gallery but I wanted to give it a name so how do I go about it? Also I read a post that  said you have to pay to upload piccies - or is this porkies??

Yes you do have to pay but if you use a picture host it is free.

Hmm. I seem to have created a couple of categories and loaded one picture. It showed I had 5120 K (?) space and accepted the upload. So now I am officially confused ??? So how is the upload billed and who will I pay (If I decide to continue?).

You have confused me now as I always used to pay up front by paypal.

Think you will need to speak to a moderator.

No still the same,go into your profile and look for pay subscriptions.

If you want to insert pictures into posts, there are two ways of doing it.  As Betula says, you can upload your pictures to a (free) photo hosting website like Photobucket or Flickr and link to the picture.  Or for £10 a year (which helps Dan pay the running costs of the forum) you can upload your pictures direct to the forum.  When the sub is paid, Dan enables an additional function that appears on the posting window under Additional Options.  Payment by Paypal is done through the Paid Subscription option which appears in your profile.

I am not bothered about adding pictures to my posts just to the gallery; or is this the same thing?

So I can just load up my allotment piccies to my Gallery then?
