IMO that's the best sort for marrow and ginger jam...... Courgettes are too wet ;)

Had a Marrow stuffed with lamb mince tonight,  :)

Is marrow and Ginger jam as nice as Rhubarb and Ginger?  :-\

We have  a glut of small marrows, as O/H keeps taking em off so that his giant marrows grow, hoping they will keep, love stuffed marrow but there is a limit.
