 But do you fully cook them before freezing or just blanch.. I must admit your way to
bring them back to life sounds good... thanks....
to freeze mine I blanch just a couple minutes....   qahatan

I just blanch briefly, about a minute. I find stir fried they are better than the usual way if frozen.

i just slice um as you would for cooking and freeze   works ok for me

Tried blanching once and thought 'what a palaver' - have never bothered again and stuff seems to be fine just chopped up and chucked in the freezer in bags.
