Allotments 4 All

Having tried time and again to grow anything in the soil in my garden I decided on a new tack.  Using wooded frames that my hb got from work for the price of a £6 bottle of whisky, and compost from our chicks, garden waste etc.... we finally have something to eat from our garden.  Got the same again for frames so looking forward to more in the future.

Today I have used mixed leaves, green beans, turnips and cabbage leaves.  Even though it was pouring down with rain I was in and out picking, pulling and making meals.

Now I can truly understand the grow your own bug  ;D

Well done for being so persistance.  After 5 years waiting I bet those veg taste really great.

Oh, talking about being stubborn.. ;D WELL DONE! I do hope its going to be doddle for now on..and may there be plenty of cropfull years ahead.. ;)
