Sunflower with single 'twin' flower, possibly a Siamese sunflower

This sunflower has grown a single 'twin' sunflower, never seen this before.  I have had sunflowers that grow lots of flowers on seperate stems but never seen this before.  It's like a Siamese sunflower :)

I think this is called 'fasciation'.  Nice photo  :)
