I have planted F1 Wellington Brussel Sprouts. I cannot find any info as to the height they grow. Does anyone know please.

Brussels seem to reach for the sky in brassica terms, maybe 3 to 4 ft?  So they need a taller cage than you might otherwise build, at least 1 metre tall.  Sorry that is not very specific but HTH.  Depends on the cage you build but if they push the netting up a bit, it may not be too bad.

Thanks for that. I will have a cage extention ready just in case.

I just took my large tunnel off mine as they were touching it, but dont have anything taller to cover them, will they be ok?

Pigeons will probably have them if not covered - they love brassicas and can munch them to nothing very quickly - I speak from experience!

If they don't get them then the next batch of butterflies will... After soem issues last year with a netting on hoops system that they eventually outgrew this year I built a 12 foot long 4 foot high, 4 foot wide cage tunnel for them... it's got 13 sprout plant in (various to cover the season) and there's  space for a couple more plants of something (I'll look out for some winter cabbage plants) ... so far they are the healthiest looking brassicas I've ever grown.... started off in 24-drop modules and transplanted one into 12's before going out into the cage. plants are a bit over a foot tall...

The seller should know the height even if you've lost the packet. Leave plenty of room and get them covered with fine netting asap. 4 ft + each way depending on quality of soil. I've seen our first cabbage white on the prowl so be warned..... >:(
