I've just received an email from Gardening Leave's Chief Executive -

Massively kind of you to raise a magnificent sum AND such great awareness of GL.
The official opening of Gardening Leave Chelsea will be at the Royal Hospital on 14th April - if any of you could make it, you would be very welcome to join us!

Getting near the date now and I was wondering if anyone is still thinking about attending this event?

A bit far for us Daveyboi but thanks for letting us know.Perhaps if anyone does go they could take some pics for us.

I think the general consensus was some members would go if there were some others going.

So maybe we should see if there is a few of us that are close enough and wanting to go first.

Are there any members that have an allotment nearby I wonder?

As to plot holders in London, there are a few around

I'd love to go but will be working until 1.30pm, it being a Thursday.  What time would it be?

Can not find that detail after searching for a while so maybe Flighty can email to find out for us.
