This is our first year of being an allotment association and we're holding our first coffee morning/seed swap to help to raise our profile and funds. But we're a little unsure about seed swapping.......how does it work? Tips and suggestions would be gratefully received  :)

there's bean a few threads on this subject recently, I'll try and track them down for you, but I think they are in the News section of this site.

in the meantime here's a link to Seedy Sunday (which I went to  ;) ) http://www.seedysunday.org/index.aspx

Oh and good luck and let us know how it all goes  :)

you're welcome 1066!  :) I think the most popular seeds was from the herb selection. As for the left over seeds we're delegating each member of the committee to sowing so that we can have another coffee morning with a  twist......selling plants!  :)  let us know how your swap goes.....good luck!   :)
