Who's making excess profits???

Just mentioned on Country File that milling wheat is fetching a good price, £200 a ton.

So who's making excess profits. In the 1960's we were getting £120 a ton and bread was a fraction of the price it is now, our wages were around £10 per week. It must be the millers or bakers.
