I thought it was quite a good buy - 60 pastel gladioli for £3.99. I don't like the lurid red coloured ones, but these look like they'll be quite delicate in pots at the front of the house.

I just wish I had more planting space in the garden pigeonseed  :'(, sounds like a very good offer though.

I got a T&M catalogue through the post today, and they're offering some truly hideous gladioli and petunias. Well, to my eye anyway. Why do they breed them with lime green and red stripes or black petals with yellow splashes? They look like a bio-hazard warning.
