We have all had them!! Those great ideas that just did not work ::) I have these lovely little timber row markers that end up being left in untill about now, you then go to pull them up like i did today only to find they have completly rotted off >:( I just stood there laughing and said you dip stick ;D ;D ;D

Saw off the rotten bit and screw them to something more resistant and you can use the pretty name tag bit again...  :)

Thanks saddad. I wondered why a lot of the other lottie holders used short lengths of poly pipe . Now i know. so i think i will adopt that.

sawn up short lengths of slotted window blinds make great labels. and they don't rot.

We get Magpies that pull anything white out of the ground... blue pipe for us.
