Early autumn is ideal so any time soon.

I'd have thought the time to start replacing large quantities of soil is when you've got evidence of disease, rather than doing it when there probably isn't a need.

Weequinie you have an unfortunate way of expressing your opinion.

Dismissing my original post in the way you did was quite rude even if you were right.

I was prepared to let it pass till I saw your later posts...if you start replacing your soil every time you have a problem I think you will soon lose interest in veg growing

Good luck to you.

I didnt dismiss your post. Here is what I said

QuoteI think its not recommended to plant strawberries where potatoes tomatoes peppers or aubergines have been because they may transmit verticillium wilt to the strawbs.

Thats an entirely separate point and I made no comment on your post about blight. I havent suggested replacing soil *every time you have a problem*. Ive suggested it as a way of reducing disease risk setting up a bed that will be there for several years.
