Allotments 4 All

When I tried to enter the forum tonight I got a page up telling me my computer was acting in a malicious manner and requiring me to enter the answer to an easy sum before entering and then answer another easy arithmetic question.   

I wasn't very happy about this especially since it did not say what my computer was supposedly doing but just directed me to another site for 'help' with the problem - which I did NOT go to.

Is this page appearing with the knowledge of the site?  Or have I, as I suspect, managed to get myself infected with some stupid virus?

Sounds like the apammers again.  This same question appeared on a Thread in The Shed a few days ago, with Dan`s explanation.
