Hi, I put out a few feelers at church and got the name of 1 author from a few different people  that seems to shine above all the others

Her name is Annalise Roberts and her two best books are Gluten Free Bakery Classics and  Gluten Free Bread for a Bread Maker.

There is hand made bread  in the first one.

A second choice from church was Elixabeth Barbobe's Easy Gluten Free baking

They are on Amazon UK , I also noticed one that was Gluten and Dairy Free bit didn't get the author

I have sent for the first wo myself from the US as I bake for my friend and don't have too mnay reipes.
