Allotments 4 All

Hi I'm new to this forum.  I'd welcome your ideas for what to do with whitecurrants as I have lots of them growing on my allotment.

I tend to mix mine in with cordials, jams and jellies only because the colour isn't so appealing once cooked

I know someone who uses them to decorate chocolate cake.  The white beries looks stunning against the dark choc,
