Can anyone tell me why I cannot get this station on my new HD panasonic Tv?

because they don't broadcast on freeview.. :(

Why is Classic FM unavailable on Freeview?
Unfortunately, due to the cost of broadcast on this platform, there are no immediate plans to launch Classic FM on Freeview.

They aer on Virgin and Sky though!

Many thanks for the explanation.  What number is it on sky .  Shouldn't it come up but not available. 
So I will keep my ghetto blaster.   Will that continue to work?

Your ghetto blaster will work but only till they switch off the analoge signal in a few years!
