Hi does anyone know how to remove this virus? My son had it popped up on his laptop and cant get rid of it

Basically boot into safemode with networking
remove proxy settings
download and run the suggested app...

I had it on my laptop,
You need to restart you computer in 'safe mode' and it is gone then :)
