I tried some light  pink "Double Click" cosmos seed for first time but, I don't know,
maybe I'm set in my ways but somehow it just doesn't look like a cosmos should look as well as being smaller than the maroon ones.  :-\

I like the white one Purity!  :)
Did your Purity grow amazingly tall and rangey? Ours did last year and towered over everything but I did like its true Cosmos type flowers.

I don't have much success growing them so I admire other peoples!  :)

I'm growing double click for the first time this year.  The pale pink do seem to be small but the magenta/purple ones are huge.  I'll take some pics when I'm at the plot.

there is a lot of variation in cosmos - daydream is a lovely blossom but very small and floriferous - a nightmare to deadhead. Psychle (I think) is another tall white with a few more petals than purity. I also love the deep tatra pinks - almost a slatey colour. Usually, they will self seed every year if you have fairly light soil and the ones which do that are invariably much better stronger plants.

Here are a few of my cosmos growing in my place.

Just waiting for more of them to show, about fifty plants in all and we love them as much as the insects do.

Got them back now to put some tread on them

good rich color shots, Landimad.

Temperature here today 38.3 (101 F) so our cosmos are panting and struggling.
