Allotments 4 All

I think these (Konsa) are an outdoor type of F1 hybrid that I've planted in the greenhouse border by mistake.

Can anybody tell me how I should now treat them?

Remove male flowers?

Help with pollination?

Prepare to be disappointed?

Any advice would be appreciated.
