I found some sealed 50gm bags of dried elderflower dated 2003 at the back of my father's cupboards. Would anyone like to comment on whether these are still usuable for wine making?

Is there any smell to them? - if so then worth a go.
Moved to Portugal - ain't going back!

Personally, I'd throw them. (Dried elderflowers smell more of cat's pee than the fresh ones, or even the real thing!)

But make up a gallon and see - it's only a bag of sugar.
