Allotments 4 All

I was walking the dogs this morning and went up on the hills behind Minehead and the Exmoor National Park people had been clearing an area of wood and scrub for historic reasons and have left behind loads and loads of seriously lovely woodchips!  Piles of the stuff 6ft high!!!

I rang them and asked if I could help myself and they said sure and I said I would only want about 10 bags and they said go ahead.  Well it will be 10 bags per trip!! I will be able to get shed loads of the stuff ideal as all my paths were a bit threadbare and the chooks could do with dry areas!

Luckily I have a couple of weeks holiday starting on Friday so will have plenty of time to collect and collect and collect...!!
