I've managed to find details of 25 days next year they're at www.potatoday.org/potatodays.htm

The best, of course, being the Hampshire Potato Day now in its 12th year on 30th & 30th Jan in Whitchurch - that is a completely unbiased opinion  ;) - 2,000 people agreed earlier this year - they can't all be wrong!

If you know of any more - or I've got something wrong please drop me an email

I'm a member of The Gloucestershire Organic Gardenning Group (GOGG) which comes under the umbrella of HDRA.

I helped out last year at the potato day held at Dundry Nursery near Cheltenham and had a great day! It's an amazing thing to see people get so excited about potatoes!!!

January 23rd and 24th 2010 http://www.dundrynurseries.co.uk/ Just off junction 11 of the M5 Motorway and very easy to find.

Went to Dundry's last week, impossible to find.  No signs no road signs nothing.  Its in the middle of nowhere. Nightmare got lost three times trying to find it.

Whitchurch is great.  Go saturday tho, as despite what they say about new stick each day, I risked Sunday last year and some of my wanted list had been sold out on the Saturday :-(  Some of the older varieties are also only sold by the bag (e.g. Salad Blue/Burgendy Red, etc) though all others are by the tuber.  They provide bags and labels.  Amazing experience.  I took my partner last year and he couldn't believe all the varieties there  ;D

I've always found it easy to find, but I know what you mean about being in the middle of nowhere, a beautiful location!! We are so used to things being put in front of our noses these days with mass commercialism and I love the fact that this family owned and run nursery is a PROPER nursery and not a Wyevale/blooms/focus/b&Q 'GARDEN CENTRE'

When the potato weekend is on they put signs out for that so don't worry if you go then, you WILL find it!!  ;D

Found a few more at http://www.potato-days.net/2009/11/potato-days-2010.html

The one I was looking for isn't on that site (yet), and can only find mention of the one I want on a blog - Mold Seed & Potato Day, 27th February.

I've added a couple more locations to Potato Days list - the latest being Manchester - date confirmed just today

Does anyone know anything about the West Yorkshire Group's Day - thier website seems to have disappeared?
