Noisy sex woman loses appeal bid
A woman who was banned from making loud noises during sex has lost an appeal against her conviction.

Caroline and Steve Cartwright's love-making was described as "murder" and "unnatural" at Newcastle Crown Court.

Mrs Cartwright, 48, from Washington on Wearside, lost the appeal against a conviction for breaching a noise abatement notice.

The court heard Sunderland City Council recorded noise levels of up 47 decibels.

Yes, it's not too nice for the neighbours.  In my flat in Milan the walls were paper thin, and I had noises from all sides - baby one side, mournful music downstairs, tap-tap of heels upstairs, and next door - well, her boyfriend used to visit, and that was LOUD  ::) ::) ::) ::)  Talking to my family on the phone one evening they were convinced I had people in my flat with me - they couldn't believe that what they (in England) could hear was a couple (in Italy) having sex.   :o :o :o :o :o :o

The neighbours should have a whip round to buy her a gag.  :o

Guess he was hitting all the right places ;D ;D ;D
