Hi
Does anyone know the best way to deal with these.  Last week I pulled off some badly infested leaves on one brussels sprout plant and squished a few on another - on the sprouts themselves.  I'm still squishing this week but they've moved to some more of them.

Do they die once it gets colder or do I need to take more drastic action?  I've got some of the sticky organic spray but haven't used it yet as it didn't help much earlier in the year with the blackfly.

Any advice.

Thanks  :)

Earlypea are you sure that it's mealy aphids as these usually appear earlier in the year in hot, dry weather?
Try the spray as I guess that it won't do any harm and may do the trick!

i have the same problem, they were on the plants early in the year as well but the ladybug infestation sorted them out, but maybe a few eggs survived and in the the last 10 days or so one of my kale plants have become badly affected. i think I'll pull it out to reduce the chances of spread.
