Oh, it's mice is it? I thought it was the pigeons again....

(I was also wondering what Mice was doing under Edibles? I know the Romans used to bake them in honey & spices, but that would have been under Recipes!)

I pulled some celery the other day which had a cardboard ring around it, and out fell a whole handfull of dried peas.  Seems there is another seedoholic on the loose.

I know it is frustrating, but I think it is rather cute that little old mouse is storing ready for winter. ;-)))))

We have things like ground hogs, they take a bite out of every thing  till they find the one they like.    qahtan

If they fancy mine they're welcome to it, it hasn't ripened so I can't eat it.  Chickens like it though.

That was edible dorrmice, which have a lot more meat on them than the house mouse. The Romans left those for the cat.
