Allotments 4 All

its been 3 weeks since i last went to the lottie  ::)

I have just got  back from 5 hrs weeding and getting it all straight  ;D

Produce:-

Carrots, lovely big and plenty of
Runners only a few but enough to accompany our dinner tonight
Onions plenty of will have to start using the recipes i have been given Thanks again  :D
beetroot first of lovely size will be pickling for a few days  :o

Am i forgiven  :P

Think it was only 3 weeks.  Still, would so love to have an allotment don't think I could bear to leave it for even 3 weeks.  Sounds like you've done your pennance, mummybunny!

i was staying with my antie for one week helping out as my nan is in hospital theres a post on here somewhere currently running the family buisness plus its been rainning no stop for the past week. This is our first dry day!!

Is that enough reasons  ;D ;D

I will tomatoada i will pay for my sins  :P

i have also just finished weeding and sorting out the veg patch in the back garden too hoping for a dry day tomorrow so i can cut the grass and finish off the chicken coop and run.Fingers crossed  ;D

Are we forgiven. It was 3 weeks for us also. Good reasons though, I haven't been to good, OH hurt his back & the ashes are on. We went on Wednesday & harvested 26lbs of Vivaldi 17lbs Hunter (free seeds from Mr Fothergill's in the spring) 3lbs runner beans, a 1lb marrow & 2lbs courgettes & a few turnips. We have a champion gooseberry grower on our site & he gave us some of his smaller ones.
