where abouts in tesco were they?

Theywere in a nondescript area near the tills/magazines. I'd ask when you go shopping as it was on one of those wire stands....easily missed.

Buy a packet of berries from Sainsbury's you eat most of them and then you can have thousands of seeds if you wish and they all germinate, and you know that the packets says they came from the best growing region in China.

If that is you can find them.  They are not with the raisins - that is cake ingedients, they are not with dried apricots, those are with snacks, they are not with exotic foreign foods.  Running out of possibilities.... Even the assistant manager has no idea - no they are next to the gluten free.

Actually got my first packet - about 12 growing plants doing well, for nothing.  They cut the packet when they cut open the box, said they could not sell it so gave it to me free.

didn't Joe Swift have to burn all his goji plants from his allotment, because he'd got cheap ones from China, and they weren't certified virus free?

It was plants imported from outside the EU that were the problem.  There are no restrictions on fruit or seeds.
