Does anyone have a recipe for making Beetroot Jelly? I had some recently as a cold meal addition and the taste and texture were great. Much better than pickled beetroot.

Sorry I don't know how to do liks but if you put beetroot jelly recipes in the search facility there is one there by Ishard. It's made with raspberry jelly. I'm going to make some this week.

Toadspawn - I was intrigued and googled.  There are loads of recipes out there; some made with dessert jelly packs and others with vinegar/mint/chilli/gelatine variations.  Plenty to choose from.
