I have lost the thread about your m/w strawberry jam so sorry if you have replied to my question.  When do you add the water and do you use hot.  I plan to try it tonight.  Thankyou.

I put my recipe for blackcurrant jam in the microwave on.

I use cold water but I would not think it matters. It is only to get it hot enough to dissolve the sugar.
