dry and overcast today

Here in the Limousin, France, it has been raining on and off (mostly on) in varying
degrees since Friday evening.  Today it is hissing down with quite strong gusts of wind,  about an hour ago I had to go and add more weight to the skirt of the pollytunnel as it threatened to take flight.  Weather forecast showing Thursday - Saturday as fine but back to thunderstorms and rain on Sunday for a week. ::)

Cold and cloudy here, but everything is growing very strongly.

   Limousin Lass , do think that we here in UK are getting your weather a week or two

   after you ?     My daughter who lives in Italy shows the same trend in weather, she is in Perugia

    more north of Italy,  are you on the same hemosphere ?

    Interesting weather trend as we are [ UK ] more North than I would like to think we are ,    ???

Not really cold, around 19C. Rain on and off. Garden looks fresh!

All day........Rain, rain and more rain. Typical summer stuff. Straight down, no wind and lots of it. Last night was cloud-burst stuff.

After a couple of days of temps in the low 30 degrees yesterday morning was still hot but very, very humid.  Intermittent showers most of the afternoon and a lot of thunder, really started raining in earnest about 7.00pm and is still raining now.  Still quite warm and humid (22 degrees at 10pm last night and 18 degrees this morning 7 am).

Flossy,  we are quite a bit further north than your daughter, the Limousin is regarded as one of the wetter regions of France and at 500 metres above sea level we do tend to get some extremes in weather.

Big thunder storm in solihull area at the moment :)Heavy rain :(

Was such a lovely day yesterday.I miss the gentle rain,we only seem to get really heavy downpours these days and they can do damage :(

Hot and sunny with the odd cloud passing over.  Rained in Dorking 15 miles away, hailed in Ockley 12 miles away but not a drop here. We are between the Surrey and Sussex hills and either the rains passes us over or it sticks for ages!

There was a major thunderstorm somewhere over south Birmingham today, but not a drop on my site.

Beautiful rain coming down this afternoon just right for the weekend when it warms up, :)
