Can't tell very well from the pic. Google Wireworm and then images.

Difficult to tell from the picture but it looks more like a yellow centipede either Halophilus Subterraneus or Necrophloeophagus Longicornis.

It could be just a normal earth worm as the do come in various coulors have a google at that.

I think its a normal earthworm.

Wireworms are insects so you should see six legs, but I see none.  I'd guess it was some kind of roundworm/nematode.  What's the scale?  Is it ~1mm diameter?

Wire worm comes from the Click Beetle the worm has no legs

It's a fair point, you certainly can't see the legs on what is definitely a wireworm in your photo, but they do do have legs, it's just you'd have to look from the side to see them.

yep they definatly have legs i should know i'm killing the little blighters everyday.
