Very long shot this one - but...

Have only recently got an allotment and just picked up some free poo from our local riding stables in Dulwich, SE London. Then I discovered about amniopyralid...

Have phoned the stables and subsequently their feed suppliers who are very kindly chasing up the straw and feed producers to check if the weedkiller has been used... waiting to see.

Wanted to know basically if anyone has got manure from this stables before and if they have had problems. I know that there have been problems on my allotment site (Rosendale) with this chemical but as I am so new, I don't know anyone yet to ask if they got their contaminated manure from these stables.

Welcome to the site.  There's lots on here about aminopyralid - use the search function and have a good read!

It's really not relevant whether anyone has had safe or contaminated manure from that stable or not.  It doesn't prove one way or another whether yours is safe or contaminated.  Manure from a source that was previously safe becomes unsafe because someone decided to change to an aminopyralid-based weedkiller because it's cheaper/more effective/doesn't need spraying so often etc.  That's what happened on my site.

It's good that the stables and feed suppliers are working with you.  You need to ask the stables if any of the horses are grazed on pasture that could have been sprayed because that's a potential source of contamination.  You also need to ask if all the hay/silage/grass-based feed comes from a single source.  Do owners bring their own feed in?  For typical stable manure, there are multiple ways that it can become contaminated.  If you want to be as confident as you can be that it's safe you need to track down each possible source of contamination.  Or you could give the manure a miss.  That's 100% safe.
