i have a mahoosive pumpkin i currently have a huge vat of soup cooking how else can i cook and store it it please ideally freezing ideas would be good thanks

back home we add it to meat stews and legume stews as chunks/ cubes. when i bought it back there i would buy half or quarter a large pumpkin, but to stop it deteriorating before it was used up, i would cut it up into sizes i would need it for cooking and just chuck the lot in the freezer.

when i wanted it to use i would add it to the stew 10 - 15 minutes before turning off the fire. it would be cooked but firm, if you want it to melt more just put it in earlier.
