I have half a memory of people discussing these on here, but I cant find the thread.

Does anyone know where it is, or have any recipes for me ;D

I have been inspired to try them after seeing the expandable baking tray in Lidl.

Might have been mine. I use a book called 150 squares by Jean Pare Company's Coming(tray baked) just reaslised it is packed but I fouind another copy used on Amazon, on it's way now.

It is a super book and highly rate it. I usually start making them in September then freze the trays, by Christmas I have a great many differnt ones done.
