Allotments 4 All

I have loads of kale at the moment.  Does anybody know if it freezes well and if so, should I freeze it as a whole leaf or cut it up!!!

Hi i simply de-spine it, cut it up as if i am going to cook it then rinse, let the excess water drain away and bung it into a freezer bag, it freezes pretty well. but when you are going to use it from the freezer take it out exactly when you are ready to use it, to long before ie 10 + minutes and it will thaw turning into mush :-X and then its a pain to use, but straight from the freezer to the wok/ pot and all will be fine.
